Major rework of the Domain Layer chapter has now taken place

It has been a while after the last posting since April, but the rework on the Domain Layer chapter has finally taken place. Some areas needed to be addressed such as the issues around the use of Collections within a rich domain model and how to address them effectively and some final thoughts on the positioning that describes the use of the Domain Factory.
